PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch engaging/disengaging device for engagement/ disengagement of a clutch by generating hydraulic pressure in a hydraulic mechanism with the rotation of a driving mechanism, reducing the wear of a piston. SOLUTION: The clutch engaging/disengaging device 1 comprises a motor 2, a motion changing mechanism 3 consisting of a reducing mechanism 30, a push rod 33 and a connecting mechanism 40 for changing rotating motion into a linear motion, the hydraulic mechanism for putting the clutch in engagement/disengagement with the linear motion of the motion changing mechanism 3, and a load accumulating mechanism 4 for accumulating a load during the linear motion of the motion changing mechanism 3 in one direction and for releasing the accumulated load during the linear motion of the motion changing mechanism 3 in the opposite direction. The connecting mechanism 40 allows the linear motion of the push rod 33 by transmitting the load of the push rod 33 in the axial direction only, out of the load transmitted from the reducing mechanism 30 to the push rod 33, to the push rod 33.
