The toolspindle holder (1) is joined to one or more kinematic bars (2) as connected to the slide foot (3). Thus the positioning of the foot positions the spindleholder (1) and its several tool spindles. The bar (2) is linked to the holder by joint and is also hinged to the slide foot via further joint and the slide foot guide (4) is connected to the machine frame (6) via another joint. The bar comes in plate or couple form and each has its own guide (4). The spindleholder (1) bears on the guide (4) via two or more bars or couples, each of which has an associated slide foot (3). The bars or couples have their own drive and the slide foot is powered along the guide (4) via a linear drive.
