The loudspeaker has a pot-shaped magnetic system (2) with 2 concentric poles (6,9) and an intermediate air-gap (22) containing an oscillating coil system (10,11), to which a domed membrane (12) is attached. An elastic centring device (5) is coupled to the membrane and/or the coil carrier (10) of the oscillating coil system between 2 curved profiles at one side and is coupled to the second pole of the magnetic system in its central region at the other side.
