Disclosed is an electrically controlled valve, particularly a pneumatic valve, configured as a flat structure and comprising a plate (P) made of several parallel layers, i.e. one electricity conducting layer (1) forming a first electrode (E1), at least one intermediate dielectric layer (I1, I2) applied against one side of the first electrode, a second electrode (E2) formed by another electricity conducting layer (2) applied against the dielectric layer (I2) on the side lying across from the first electrode, and at least one supporting layer (3) located on the side of the second electrode which lies across from the dielectric layer. The inventive valve also comprises at least one outlet (4) crossing the supporting layer and the second electrode. The first electrode is provided with a flexible tongue (9) closing the outlet or letting a fluid circulate in a released position. Movement of the tongue is controlled by applying sufficient voltage between the electrodes (E1, E2).
