An apparatus for anchoring in removable fashion a support arm (2) to a related sustaining element (3) comprises: a pivot pin (4) having a longitudinal direction (9), which bears at least a first projection (10) provided with a first abutment face (13) trnsverse to said longitudinal direction (9); an element (5) for anchoring the pivot pin (4) to the sustaining element (3), bearing a second projection (15) having a first abutment face (16) opposite the first abutment face (13) of the first projection (10); said first (10) and second projection (15) being able to be associated in mutual counter-reaction after a translation suitable to approach, relative to each other, the pivot pin (4) and the sustaining element (3) and a subsequent relative rotation of the pivot pin (4) and of the sustaining element (3) about the longitudinal direction (9) of the pivot pin (4).
