A continuous automatic control system of industrial processes' cooling fluid is described, whose temperature is adjusted by a refrigerating circuit, whose capacity is continuously modulated by varying the compressor's velocity through the feeding current's frequency modulation of the compressor's motor, according to process cooling fluid's temperature detected at the heat exchanger's output with the refrigerating circuit.
