A barrier property thin film sealing structure of an electronic element unit 3 is characterized in that the electronic element 3 is sealed by laminating a multi-layered sealing film 14b having at least one flattened resin layer 14c and at least a barrier layer 14d laminated thereon on the electronic element unit 3 formed at least on a base body 2, an annular blocking part 14a surrounding the electronic element 3 is formed on the base body 2, and the flattened resin layer 14c is formed in the inner side of the blocking part 14a.
