An electrode device for iontoforesis capable of holding gelated drugs with such a degree of force that does not obstruct processing, wherein a sheet member (50) as nonwoven cloth having a penetration characteristic for penetrating gel (70) thereinto is stacked, for holding the gel (70), on a base film (20) having an electrode layer (30) and formed integrally with the base film (20), whereby the gel on the sheet member (50) can be supported in such a state that at least a part thereof is penetrated into the sheet member (50).
