An airway device (100) includes a tubular structure (10) including a first end region (14) having a first opening (16) and a second end region (18) having a second opening (20). A mask (22) is in the tubular structure and the mask defines the first opening. An inflatable balloon (26) is proximate to the first end region of the tubular structure, and a pilot tube (28) can be in communication with the inflatable balloon.
