<p>An optical information recording medium capable of reproducing RAM information constantly during concurrent reading of ROM-RAM information, comprising a substrate having a ROM region in which phase pits working as ROM signals are imprinted, and a magneto-optic recording film formed in a region corresponding to the ROM region in the substrate, for recording RAM signals, the modulation coefficient of the above phase pit being 15%-25%. In one embodiment, the width of the above phase pit is 0.29 μm to 0.37 μm. In another embodiment, the optical depth of the phase pit is about λ/8 to λ/10 (λbeing laser wavelength used in recording/reproducing).</p> |
