A pipe-bending machine bends low-strength pipes and has esp. a bending arm (1) with plastic a cylindrical insert (2). The plastic cylindrical insert has a transverse guide groove in the bending axis. The insert size is determined in accordance with the pipe to be bent. The cylinder is supported in the vertical axis by a prism (3), semi-circle or link-plate (6) and a locking screw.
