The invention relates to a modular panel (1) which is intended, in particular, for the construction of bungalow-type dwellings. The inventive panel comprises: a) elongated hollow sections (2) which are aligned in relation to one another; b) divider parts (3) which are inserted between two adjacent hollow sections (2); and assembly means consisting of at least two transverse reinforcing bars (4) and at least two longitudinal rods (5), forming blocking pins. Openings (6, 7) are formed in the sections (2) and in the divider parts (3) for the passage of the transverse reinforcing bars (4). According to the invention, at least two holes (8) are formed towards the two ends (4a, 4b) of the transverse reinforcing bars (4) for the passage of the longitudinal rods (5) such that, when mounted in the holes (8) in the reinforcing bars (4), said rods (5) are pressed against the internal surface of the sections (2) in which they are disposed. In this way, the reinforcing bars (4) and the longitudinal rods (5) form a stiffening frame for the modular panel (1).
