The drive of the scooter is affected via two pedal arms (21) which in upward and downward movement transmit a driving torque to the drive axle (3). The effective length of the cranked pedal arms is 240 mm. Pedals (22) are fitted to the pedal arms and upon them are placed the feet over almost the whole length in the direction of travel. Pedal loops (23) are fitted to the pedals and enable the upward movement of the pedal arms sideways retention of the feet.
