A digital content providing system comprising a portable terminal being carried by a user in a train, a radio station provided in the train and performing bi-directional radio communication with the portable terminal, and a server provided in the train while pre-storing digital contents supplied from the outside and providing a digital content requested from a user's portable terminal to that portable terminal through the radio station.
