A roaster (100) includes an upper pan (302) with an upper side wall (304) and an upper pan heating element embedded in the upper pan (302), a lower pan (402) connected to the upper pan (302), with a lower side wall (404) and a lower pan heating element embedded in the lower pan (402). Upper pan (302) and a lower pan (402) regulators may be set to different temperatures. The roaster includes a grease drain opening (406), and time and temperature control for both heating elements.
