The circuit has an antenna input (1), a signal input (2) and a signal output (3) and a switching module (4), e.g. a gallium arsenide switch, connected to a control line (5) controlling its switch position for selectively connecting the antenna input with the signal input or the signal output. The antenna input and the control line are coupled to respective electrostatic discharge protection devices (6,7). An Independent claim for a switch module is also included.
