METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE ACQUIRING AND PROCESSING OF SIGNALS FROM INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES

Disclosed is a standard, modularly expandable system for measuring and analyzing far spread signals from industrial processes consisting of several partial processes (T1 ... T2) in an essentially feedback-free and synchronou s manner. Random signals occurring in the partial processes (T1 ...T2) are detected by means of measuring heads (M1 ... M7), optionally provided with a time stamp, and transferred to a measuring bus system (B1 ... B2) in a predefined form as measuring signals or time signals. Said measuring bus system (B1 ... B2) is not identical with existing automation-related bus systems (P1 ... P2). The measuring signals and/or time signals are further processed by data concentrators (D1 ... D2). Evaluation units (E1 ... E2) and/or display units (A1... A2) that are local or indefinitely removed from the industrial process make it possible to further process or visualize measuring signals and/or time signals. The measuring heads detect a standard time signal such as the one of the global positioning system.
