DEVICE FOR ATTACHING AND DETACHING DEVELOPER IN COPYING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A device for attaching and detaching a developer in a copying machine is provided to reduce a noise by friction by closely adhering or detaching a developer to or from a photoconductor drum by rotating pressurizing rollers in opening and shutting an upper frame. CONSTITUTION: A driving shaft(32) is mounted at one side of a hinge part of a lower frame, wherein a plurality of pressurizing rollers(31) are inserted into the driving shaft. The driving shaft is rotatively inserted into fixed brackets(34) mounted at both sides of the lower frame by bolts(33). A bearing(35) is inserted into the pressurizing roller to rotate the pressurizing roller. Compressed springs(36) are mounted between ends of the driving shaft and the outsides of the fixed brackets for supporting one side of a developer by the pressurizing rollers. Predetermined spring fixing holes(37) are formed on both ends of the driving shaft. The compressed springs are fixed by fixing members(38) between the fixing holes and the fixing members. Both sides of the developer are inserted into two guide rails formed on a bottom of an upper frame, wherein a plurality of plate springs are inserted into one of the guide rails.
