<p>A filtration mat (M) for water clarification device, characterized in that it is prepared by providing a powder of at least one mineral selected from among igneous rock, granite, granite porphyry, tourmaline and marline diatomaceous earth, for example, by the use of ultra-fine particle processing, spraying a treating fluid prepared by mixing the powdered mineral with an adhesive to a base material for a mat, to fix the powdered mineral on the base material. The filtration mat allow the disuse of a non-woven fabric pack containing grains of granite porphyry or the like, and can supply minerals vital to the growth of bacteria satisfactorily.</p> |
