METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PROCESSING CONSTRUCTION WASTES EQUIPPED WITH SOIL REMOVING SCALPING DEVICE FOR DETOUR PROCESS

PURPOSE: A method and a device for processing construction wastes equipped with a soil removing scalping device for a detour process are provided to maximize space use and improve productivity on a limited space or a small equipment by reducing a load of a crusher and screening recycled aggregates through the detour process. CONSTITUTION: A large capacity feeder(1) is equipped with a vibrating scalping device(19) for removing foreign materials such as the soil before the construction wastes are inputted to a hopper(2). A transfer conveyor(23) transfers the soil removed/discharged from the large capacity feeder. A screen of a flat typed vibrating screen(24) is easily replaced fit to a working condition. A discharge conveyor(27) discharges the soil. An air blower(34) generates wind in order to remove light foreign materials such as paper and vinyl by installing to a lower part of the flat typed vibrating screen. A foreign material storage(35) is installed to an opposite side of the air blower. The transfer conveyor(7) transfers the construction wastes screened from the flat typed vibrating screen to the transfer conveyor(8) by installing a magnetic separator(10).
