Cosmetic and/or dermatological formulation contains emulsifier, repellent(s) and optionally other cosmetic and/or dermatological agents, ancillaries and additives. Cosmetic and/or dermatological formulation contains 1-11 wt.% emulsifier (I), 0.1-40 wt.% oil (II) with a polarity of 20-30 mN/m, 0.1-40 wt.% oil (III) with a polarity of 30-45 mN/m, 0.005-70 wt.% repellent(s) (IV) and optionally other cosmetic and/or dermatological agents, ancillaries and additives. An Independent claim is also included for pump dispensers containing the formulation.
