PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to minimize a dead space and the interruption of a screen even if the touch panel is applied to a folding LCD as a data input tool. CONSTITUTION: An upper and a lower substrate(103,101) are arranged in parallel by being separated from a constant interval, and the confronting surfaces are respectively coated by a transparent conductive film. The first and the second electrode(111,112) are placed on the transparent conductive film of the lower substrate(103), and are arranged and paralleled to both end parts the confronting transparent conductive film of the lower substrate(103). The second and the third electrode are place on the transparent conductive film of the upper substrate(101), and are arranged and paralleled to both end parts the confront transparent conductive film of the upper substrate(101) in order not to overlap with the first and the second electrode(111,112). A both-face adhesive tape(120) adheres the side end of the upper and the lower substrate(101,103). Polymer reinforcements(150) are coated on the side surface of the touch panel.
