PURPOSE: Provided is a method of manufacturing washed rice which coats or impregnates the rice with the content of a mulberry leaves extract while pre-washing it. This enhances the taste and flavors of the rice, and enables the natural intake of the nutrient elements of the rice and the mulberry. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing washed rice containing a mulberry leaves extract comprises the steps of: preparing a mulberry leaves extract; spraying the mulberry leaves extract to the rice during the rice cleaning process such that the rice is coated or impregnated with the content of the mulberry leaves extract; and drying the coated or impregnated rice. |
