PURPOSE: An architectural composite panel is provided to decrease production costs by using mineral wool which has excellent adiabatic and fireproof effects, durability and is inexpensive, to heighten bending strength against a longitudinal direction, and to have thermal insulating and waterproofing effects. CONSTITUTION: The architectural composite panel(100) is formed by filling up an interval between an upper plate(110) and a lower plate(120) with mineral wool(130) as thermal insulation materials. Wherein a projected joint and a retreated joint are formed on both ends of the panel(100) and filled with urethane resins.
