SYSTEM FOR ISSUING STANDARDIZED FINANCIAL ACCOUNT

PURPOSE: A system for issuing a standardized financial account is provided to easily issue an offline bankbook by linking a web server with a computerization system of a financial organization. CONSTITUTION: After a request on the web, a required item on a local system is given. After a user satisfying the required item on the web uses a deposit part of the bankbook not held by the user, the user draws out the money through a procedure for confirming a real name and the identification when the user wants to draw out the money.
