Each roll of the roll stack is supported with a supporting bracket. A hydraulic connection (17,18) is coupled to the upper and lower rolls (2,11) while a piston-cylinder arrangement (12) is coupled to the lower roll. A closed housing is arranged to enclose the connection arrangement.
