PURPOSE: A system and method for transmitting messages using a telephone network is provided to create and transmit messages to be transmitted to more than one receivers. CONSTITUTION: A system for transmitting messages using a telephone network comprises a sender client(60), a telephone network(70), a message transmission system(80), and a receiver client(50). The sender client(60) comprises an application(64) and a sender terminal(62). The application(64) supports the preparation and transmission of a message to transmit. The sender terminal(62) is means to access the message transmission system(80) through the telephone network(70). The message transmission system(80) comprises a data translation server(82), a data transmission server(84), and a management database(86). The data translation server(82) translates the data transmitted from the sender client(60) into TCP/IP protocol data. The data transmission server(84) transmits the data translated by the data translation server(82). The receiver client(50) comprises a receiver terminal(52) that receives the data transmitted from the Internet, a wired/wireless communication network(40) or the message transmission system(80). |
