ANTI-DOMING COMPOSITION FOR SHADOW MASK AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An anti-doming composition and a method for producing the same are provided to prevent expansion of the shadow mask and doming phenomenon, while reducing costs. CONSTITUTION: An anti-doming composition comprises a vehicle; a lead; and a compound selected from a group consisting of ZnO, B2O3, and Bi2O3, or a mixture thereof. The compound or the mixture is contained by 5 to 50 weight parts with respect to the total weight of the composition. A shadow mask includes a steel plate having a plurality of holes for passage of electron beams, and a coating film made of an anti-doming composition, wherein the coating film has a thickness of 3 to 30 micron meters.
