PRINTER FOR OUTPUTTING BANNER SHEET INCLUDING WORKER AND WORK NAME OF DOCUMENT DATA

PURPOSE: A printer for outputting a banner sheet including a worker name and a work name of the document data is provided to reduce the waste of printing paper and toner caused by printing all banner sheets regardless of the sameness of the worker name and the work name for each document data. CONSTITUTION: An interface part(21) receives the document data, and the worker name data and the work name data of the document data by connecting to an external editing device. An output part(24) outputs the banner sheet including the worker name and the work name, and the document data. A detection part(26) detects that the worker name data and the work name data received through the interface part(21) are same as the worker name data and the work name data of the document data previously output by the output part(24). A control part(22) controls the output part(24) in order not to output the banner sheet of the present document data if the worker name data and the work name data are same as the previously output document data.
