PURPOSE: A device for reducing the variation in temperature of a bladder in a tire vulcanizing process is provided to improve productivity, and to reduce the consumption of nitrogen gas by reducing vulcanizing purge hours. CONSTITUTION: A steam tube(1), a nitrogen gas tube(2), a drain tube(3), and a vacuum tube(4) are connected to supply tubes(7,8) connected to both bladders(R,L). The bladders are connected to discharge tubes(9,10) connected to another drain tube(3a) and a steam purge tube(6). Another discharge tube(12) is parallel connected to the discharge tube, and has an automatic trap(13).
