PURPOSE: A fixing structure of a knife for cutting a steel belt is provided to improve the efficiency of work by exchanging and fixing a straight knife easily and quickly. CONSTITUTION: An inclined surface(3a) is formed at one side of an upper holder(3) on which a straight knife(5) is fixed. A fixing member(6) has an inclined surface(6b) corresponding to the inclined surface in the upper holder. An extended unit(6a) is formed at the lower part of the fixing member, and is connected to a rod(7a) in a cylinder(7).
