The method involves adapting the distribution of radio resources in the base station in a mobile radio cell for improving the interference situation at the location of the mobile terminal. The signal received from the mobile station and information for estimating the channel between the mobile terminal and base station are evaluated to determine the radios sources forming the basis of the signal and the intensities of the radio sources. The requesting mobile terminal sends out the signal currently present at the receiver of the mobile terminal. The sent signal represents the interference situation at the location of the mobile terminal. The signal is sent together with the information for estimating the channel between the mobile terminal and base station so that the base station receives raw data at the location of the mobile terminal.
