METHOD FOR FABRICATING ALUMINA CERAMIC INJECTOR

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an alumina ceramic injector is provided to fabricate an injector of a precise dimension by reducing contraction even if the injector has a curved portion or an angled portion, and to save money by decreasing the number of molds. CONSTITUTION: A mold is prepared in which a dummy supporting wing(110) is added to the inside of the curved portion or the angled portion. An alumina ceramic is molded in the mold so that the first processed article of the ceramic injector(100) attached to the inside of the curved portion or the angled portion is formed by the dummy supporting wing. The first processed article of the ceramic injector is calcinated at a high temperature to form the second processed article. The dummy supporting wing is eliminated from the second processed article of the ceramic injector.
