PURPOSE: A circular extruding type three-layer polyethylene drain pipe and manufacturing method is provided to reduce production costs by using recycled polyethylene resin. CONSTITUTION: A first extruder extrudes recycled polyethylene resin, and forms a middle layer(2). A second extruder extrudes polyethylene resin, and forms an inner layer(1). A third extruder extrudes polyethylene resin, and forms an outer layer(3). A three-layer polyethylene drain pipe is formed by integrating the middle layer with the inner layer and the outer layer.
