PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display with an improved aperture ratio is provided to improve an aperture ratio by arranging auxiliary capacity electrode and common electrode wires at an outline of a unit pixel area, thereby improving the quality of a picture. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of gate bus lines(225) is parallel arranged on a transparent substrate at certain intervals and have a first line width. A plurality of data bus lines(235) crosses the gate bus lines for limiting unit pixel areas(P). A plurality of thin film transistors is formed around crossing points of the gate bus lines and the data bus lines to be switched in selecting the gate bus lines. A pixel electrode(265) is arranged at the unit pixel area and electrically connected with the thin film transistor. An auxiliary capacity capacitor(245) is overlapped with the gate bus lines and the data bus lines.
