PURPOSE: An acceleration control device of a vehicle is provided to control the acceleration of an engine by sensing the rotational angle of a foot pad through the strength of the magnetic forced generated from a magnetic force generating element. CONSTITUTION: An acceleration control device of a vehicle comprises a rotating member(100) attached with a magnet(101) and rotating with response to the rotation of a foot pad of an acceleration pedal, a hall element(110) generating currents corresponding to the strength of the magnetic force generated from the magnet of the rotating member, a voltage converting unit(120) converting the currents generated from the hall element to voltage, a control unit(130) inputted with the converted voltage and applying a control signal for supplying fuel to an engine, and a fuel injector(140) supplying fuel to a combustion chamber with response to the control signal.
