The general supply circuit for equipment using LIN type (Local Interconnect Network) protocol provides both electrical supply and information. It includes an oscillator circuit (10), a divider (11), a filter block (6) and an all-or-nothing signal processor (7). These co-operate to send both the electrical supply, and information signals around a vehicle for control of central locking and other vehicle features. The component comprises a general supply circuit for equipment using LIN type (Local Interconnect Network) protocol with an associated logical driver (3) situated in a micro-controller (4). It includes an oscillator circuit (10), a divider (11), a filter block (6) and an all-or-nothing signal processor (7). A switch (5) is situated before the filter block (6). The assembly is inserted directly into the general supply circuit. The transmission signal is in step with the frequency, and the transmitted on the general supply circuit with the oscillator circuit. The divider (11) provides the necessary frequency to the micro-controller, such that for reception the switch (5) is closed. The filter block (6) allows filtration around the carrier frequency, the signal being re-processed by the all-or-nothing signal processor and sent to the micro-controller.
