PURPOSE: Provided is a hollow fiber membrane which has excellent hardness and pores on the surfaces thereof and therein, size and diameters of the pores being easily adjustable, and further provided are a method for preparing the same hollow fiber membrane and a spinneret used for preparing the same hollow fiber. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of simultaneously extruding spinning raw material to be separation filtration layer, internal coagulating agent to form hollow, and reinforcement supporting material for supporting the separation filtration layer through a spinning raw material nozzle, an internal coagulating agent nozzle and a reinforcement supporting material nozzle, respectively, using triple pipes type spinneret thereby forming a hollow fiber membrane, wherein the internal coagulating agent and the reinforcement support material may meet in the middle portion of nozzle of double pipe type spinneret and discharged simultaneously.
