PURPOSE: A repair, reinforcement method of a concrete structure is provided to improve a construction environment by preventing the spread of dust to the air under repair and reinforcement works. CONSTITUTION: The repair, reinforcement method of a concrete structure comprises the steps of: arranging reinforcing bars(11) on the front of a concrete structure(10), assembling a panel(13) and installing a form(12); forming a hole on the panel(13) and welding a nut to the hole; interposing a pipe for dust suction in the nut and interposing a drill into the pipe to form a groove(17) on a civil engineering structure and suctioning dust caused by forming a groove(17) by a vacuum device; interposing an injection pipe for a chemical solution provided with a spring and an isolation plate into the nut, then injecting a chemical solution(19) into the groove(17) of the civil engineering structure through the pipe; interposing one side of an anchor bolt(23) to the groove(17) where a chemical solution(19) is injected through the pipe and fastening the other side of the anchor bolt(23) with a nut welded to the panel(13) using a double-faced nut; and placing and curing concrete(25) between the form(12) and the civil engineering structure(10).
