PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic case with a second storage room for medicine solution formed which moves medicine solution to the second storage room by turning over the case and sprays medicine solution from the second storage room in use so that it blocks extraneous matters from being permeated to the case. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic case with the second storage room for the medicine solution formed comprises the parts of: a main body(100) which forms a first storage room(120) to store the medicine solution; a spray cap(200) which is integrated with upper side of the main body, with a button(220) formed at upper side; a nozzle pipe(300) which lets the medicine solution absorbed to a guide room for the medicine solution inside the spray cap; the second storage room(520) for the medicine solution which is placed within the first storage room to bar the medicine solution within the first storage room from being absorbed when suction power of the nozzle pipe is generated; and an inflow tool(500) for the medicine solution which moves the medicine solution from the first storage room to the second storage room, only when the main body is turned over.
