PURPOSE: A device is provided to achieve improved use convenience by permitting the bread to be toasted by the heat generated from the heater, while allowing for a uniform heating of bread. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a toaster door(40) mounted at the front surface of a toaster; a bread tray(74) mounted in the toaster; a plurality of heaters(80) mounted at both sides of the bread tray; a guide(75) extended upward from both sides of the bread tray, and which supports both sides of bread in such a manner that the gap formed between the heater and the bread is maintained constant; and a spring(79) having an elastic force lower than the rotating force generated from the weight of the toaster door, and which applies an elastic force to the gap formed between the gravity center and rotation center of the toaster door, in the direction of closing the toaster door.
