PURPOSE: A carton is provided to enable the user to easily confirm an opening position provided therein, and further to easily and simply perform opening thereof, resulting in maximization of convenience in use. CONSTITUTION: In the carton having four side panels(11) and a bottom panel(13), a pair of main upper panels(15) extend upwardly from the upper ends of a pair of the side panels facing each other. The main upper panels are formed at their upper ends with main adhesion portions(17), respectively, so as to allow them to be attached to the upper ends of the side panels in an inclined form. In addition, a pair of auxiliary upper panels(21a) extend upwardly from the upper ends of a pair of the other side panels facing each other. The auxiliary upper panels are interposed between the main upper panels under their appropriately folded states, and have auxiliary adhesion portions to be attached to the main adhesion portions, respectively.
