PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a passivated partial hydrolyzate of an organometallic compound, particularly an alkylaluminoxane, on an inert support material with a high yield and high homogeneity in a reproducible way. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a partial hydrolyzate of an organometallic compound passivated on a support material comprises continuously feeding an organometallic compound and water into a static mixer in the presence of a hydrocarbon and bringing the resultant reaction product into contact with a support material.
