<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozonized water manufacturing method in which the flow rate and the concentration of ozone of the ozonized water are stably kept by keeping the water level in a packed tower ozone dissolving tank con stant in the ozonized water manufacturing apparatus using the ozone dissolving tank. <P>SOLUTION: In the ozonized water manufacturing apparatus using the packed tower ozone dissolving tank, the water level in the ozone dissolving tank is held constant and the ozonized water 14 having stable concentration is obtained with stable flow rate by a method of joining waste ozone 15 taken out from the ozone dissolving vessel to the ozonized water 14 and passing through a back pressure control valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
