PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing ink excellent in re-solubility and printability of ink and excellent in boil resistance and retort resistance and a printing ink excellent in adhesiveness and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: This binder for printing ink comprises a polyurethane composed of a polymer polyol, a polyisocyanate compound and a chain extender. In the binder, 1-50 wt.% of the polymer polyol is a polyether polyol having 200-1,500 number-average molecular weight. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
