PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unloader capable of effectively suppressing scattering of dust and having excellent environment characteristics and a dust collecting method for bulk in the unloader. SOLUTION: This unloader 1 stores coal, lime, silica sand, wheat and other bulk into a hopper 10 and discharges them. Dust of bulk scattering within the hopper 10 is sucked by a blower 21 and is collected by a filter 22.
