PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preclude fuel from leaking by secular change even when a filler pipe and a joining member are constituted of different materials. SOLUTION: When a fuel tank 1 is joined to a filler tube 2 via the filler pipe 3 comprising the different material different from the fuel tank 1, the joining member 5 comprising a high-density material having a property same to the fuel tank 1 attached integrally to the filler pipe 3 is interposed, and the joining member 5 is extended continuously up to a portion brought into close contact with an O-ring 6 for sealing a space with respect to the filler tube 2 in an outer circumference of the filler pipe 3 from a fused part 5a to the fuel tank 1 through an inner circumference of the filler pipe 3, so as to cover the filler tube 2.
