PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper cover by which excrements can be absorbed and held and even when a large amount of the excrements are discharged, they do not stick on the skin of a wearer. SOLUTION: The disposable diaper cover 1A is provided with front and back body regions 5 and 7 and a crotch region 6 positioned between these body regions 5 and 7. The disposable diaper cover 1A has two opening holes 11 and 12 passing through the inner and outer faces and a liquid-impermeable covering sheet 15 for covering the opening holes 11 and 12 is arranged on the outer face of the diaper cover 1A and a liquid-absorbent panel 16 which is expandable to a specified magnification when water is absorbed is placed between the diaper cover 1A and the covering sheet 15. On the covering sheet 15, a number of the first pleats extending in the longitudinal direction and a number of the second pleats extending in the transverse direction are formed and the peripheral edge part thereof is fixed on the outer face of the diaper cover 1A.
