PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with a circulation sensor formed of a pair of a sending element and a receiving element on the skin, including the inability to accurately obtain the velocity of blood stream due to the inability to measure an angle between an ultrasonic wave sent and received and bloodstream. SOLUTION: A circulation sensor in which as an element to send a wave motion to and receive a wave motion from the interior of an organism from and to the surface of the organism, a pair of a sending element and a receiving element is doubled is used and the elements are arranged so as to ensure that angles between wave motions and bloodstreams mutually sent and received differ.
