PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all weather seat, capable of preventing clothes from being dirty or the cushion from being rotten due to ooze-out of rainwater from a cushion, and capable of facilitating replacement of the cushion. SOLUTION: The seat part cushion 30 provided on the seat part 15 of a seat body 10 is formed of a water permeable cushion body 31 placed on the seat part and a facing 32 covering the cushion body except the lower side, the outer edge part of which is removably fitted to the seat part. It is better to form a projecting part 17 on the upper surface of the seat part and provide the other area than that with holes 18a, 18b communicating with the lower side. The seat body is a hollow molding made of synthetic resin, and provided with a plurality of ventilating holes 13, 14a, 14b for introducing or discharging the outside air. It is better to provide the lower surface of the seat part with drain holes 19. The seat body is provided with a back part 20 extending upward at a space 12a from the rear part of the seat part.
